Travel, Travel, Travel

Forrest and I attended our Avant Go training in Kansas City in June. This was the second half of our field training in companion to Avant Start in January. Avant Go was invite-only, so that means that we are on track with support tanks to your generosity!

Avant Go was filled with pieces of training on communication, church planting, Gospel contextualization, team dynamics, culture, and scripture study. We feel so much more prepared for our mission field after Go.

From Go, we drove to Crystal Springs Baptist Camp and enjoyed Family Camp, building deeper relationships with the people who have the power to annoy us most! (A.K.A. My loving family)

Then in July, Caytee flew standby to the East Coast to do support meetings with family and friends. We thank the Lord that she was able to do all this traveling safely. Now in August, Caytee is flying again to the West Coast! All while Forrest finishes up his last month at work.

Most excitingly, we are both traveling to Spain in September. We will get to survey our soon-to-be mission field and meet our team members! We ask that you keep us in your prayers as we finish up work and continue support raising amid all this travel. Thank you!
